Mobile coverage for offices and property management

Keep the business conversation inside the building. Give tenants and visitors mobile reception in the spaces they use every day.

Illustration of offices and property management

Close the gaps that interrupt your working day

Energy-efficient glazing, lift cores and basement meeting rooms can interrupt mobile calls. Tenants improvise around the building’s dead spots, leaving the landlord with repeated reception complaints.

Tenant floors

Agree the coverage requirement across occupied offices.

Meeting rooms

Include enclosed rooms where important calls happen.

Basements and shared spaces

Assess reception beyond the front desk and entrance.

Put mobile coverage where the work happens

A shared multi-operator DAS brings commercial mobile service into agreed areas of the property. Seneca coordinates the signal sources, distribution, access and ongoing support so tenants retain their phones and SIMs.
