Mobile coverage for warehousing and logistics

Keep the loading bay, warehouse and office in contact. Extend public mobile coverage across the indoor spaces where goods move.

Illustration of warehousing and logistics

Close the gaps that interrupt your working day

Metal cladding, high ceilings and changing racking can leave a large shed with poor reception. Staff lose contact between aisles and cellular-connected delivery devices struggle at the handover point.

Racked aisles

Design around storage height and working routes.

Loading bays

Assess indoor reception where deliveries are handed over.

Warehouse offices

Connect administrative and operational spaces in the same scope.

Put mobile coverage where the work happens

We design mobile coverage around racking, loading points and warehouse offices, positioning antennas along the working routes. Cellular-connected scanners, tablets and delivery devices stay connected as goods move through the building.

The return for your operation

Keep goods and information moving together

Keep goods and information moving together. Staff remain reachable between aisles, delivery teams complete handovers and cellular devices send updates from the point of work.

Finish the handover

Keep ePOD and delivery communications available at indoor loading points.

Reach the workforce

Connect colleagues across racked aisles, picking areas and warehouse offices.

Keep updates current

Support cellular-enabled tablets, scanners and monitoring devices throughout the designed area.

What mobile coverage costs for warehousing and logistics

High-level access, racking changes, cold-store walls and long cable runs determine the equipment and installation.

One accountable partner

We design it. We deliver it. We support it.

We assess your estate, recommend the right system and build the business case with you. Start with one site or move straight to a wider rollout.

Design and commissioning

We assess the signal, design the distribution and commission the finished installation. JOTS DAS requirements guide operator-connected systems, with operator coordination managed as part of the project.

Network-safe equipment

We select network-safe equipment and establish the applicable Ofcom requirements and operator arrangements. You receive a system designed for its intended use.

Ongoing local support

We coordinate installation around your operation, then provide ongoing management and local support. One partner takes responsibility from assessment to handover and beyond.

Your warehousing and logistics coverage questions answered

Can you cover a warehouse larger than 20,000 m²?

Yes, the design can scale with multiple network and coverage units. The model sizes equipment from the warehouse profile, while the survey confirms racking, donor signal, routes and coverage boundaries. Yard coverage and busy-period capacity need their own assessment.

How much does mobile coverage cost for warehousing and logistics?

For the middle area band above, the indicative ranges are QUATRA 4000e: £26,500–£57,500; QUATRA EVO: £18,000–£37,000; QUATRA 100M: £17,500–£35,000. Ranges include equipment, antennas, cabling, survey, design, installation, commissioning and one-year support. Indicative; confirmed by survey; ex VAT. Travel, accommodation and optional hardware replacement are excluded.

Do users need new phones or SIMs?

Existing compatible phones and SIMs connect through the networks included in your system. We match the equipment and bands to the devices and networks you use.
